And... in case of zombies..... ;)

Sehr ausgewogen und gute Verarbeitung. Der Säbel ist durch seine kurze Klinge und den langen Griff sehr schnell zu führen. Ach ja, sehr scharf ist er auch noch. Auf jeden Fall einen lohnende Investition!

Tiger Fork
Back in the early 1990's, Cold Steel's President Lynn C Thompson purchased a handmade Chinese Tiger Fork to add to his collection. He fitted it with an old rattan staff and has trained with it ever since. Lynn greatly enjoys reading tales of hunting exploits in historical accounts and had read several stories about Chinese hunters using these giant forked tools to capture and kill big cats. He also had the pleasure of talking to (and training with) Chinese Martial Artists about how this tool was modified as a weapon of war and its application as a formidable fighting implement. After 20 years, Lynn has finally brought his own version of the Fighting Tiger Fork to a modern audience. Our interpretation of this classic Martial Artists weapon features an elongated central spike to maximize its thrusting potential and inwardly curved outer forks to increase the success of trapping techniques. By deftly twisting and turning the Tiger Fork in his or her hands, a skilled Martial Artist can not only catch, parry, deflect and entangle an opponent's weapon, but also disarm them, throw them or even lock their joints before delivering a coup de grace. King Roberts Warhammer
In his youth Robert Baratheon was a paragon of a man, stronger and larger than most others on the battlefield. His chosen weapon was a war hammer of such immense size his friend Ned Stark could not wield it. The hammer was forged by Donal Noye while he was still the smith at Storm’s End, and Robert’s prowess with it was legendary. In tournaments he was never much for jousting, preferring a melee where he could bludgeon his opponents senseless. It was his war hammer Robert carried that day on the river. A Targaryen army led by Rhaegar Targaryen and Ser Barristan Selmy, with Dornish levies under command of Prince Lewyn Martell, met Robert’s rebel army on the Green Fork of the Trident. During the battle Barristan the Bold cut down many men, but was eventually himself grievously wounded, taking him from Rhaegar’s side. Lewyn Martell was later killed by Ser Lyn Corbray, leaving only Rhaegar left in command. Robert was never one to lead from the rear and his advance eventually brought him into combat with Prince Rhaegar. Robert decided the battle and ended the Targaryen rule in Westeros when his hammer crushed Rhaegar’s breastplate, spilling the rubies that adorned it into the water, giving the area now known as the Ruby Ford its name. Pudao
The Chinese Pudao, originally an infantry weapon, has been adopted into the martial arts and its use in the hands of a skilled practitioner is spectacular. This weapon is also known as a horse-cutter sword, since it was used to slice the legs out from under a horse during battle. Our Pudao is a weapon to be coveted by infantry of old and modern martial artists alike. The high-carbon tempered steel blade has an agressive distal taper to promote quickness and balance and a long tang for strength, while the oak staff is tightly wrapped in a traditional pattern to optimize handling and adds to the distinctive appearance, as do the dragon-head bronzed steel blade collar and bell tassel. This weapon combines the best attributes of the sword and staff. Maldron Viking Sword - Battlecry Collection
The Maldon Viking sword from Windlass Steelcrafts Battlecry collection is a light, agile and resilient fighting blade that captures nearly everything that made this style such a formidable and near legendary design. Created to deal with shields, mail and thick fur or leather armor, it was more than a match for any hand-weapon of its day. Its semi-rounded point was capable of forcefully biting into targets without snagging or catching while its well-honed edge, neither too wide nor too narrow, enabled the widest possible array of single-hand combination blows. Its snub-hilt with distinct lobed-pommel gave the wielder a snug grip facilitating a quick center-of-rotation easily manipulated for exceptionally versatile action. With its capacity for delivering rapid single-handed strikes, it was ideal for fighting armed with a shield but also highly effective when matched with a sax or even a hand-axe. This a sword well-suited to any hand. Given a unique shadowed hue, one can well imagine a blade like the Maldon purposely darkened for a Northern nighttime skirmish. Serving a pivotal part in Norse martial heritage, it's easy to see why this style was so feared and so influential. Includes a matching scabbard with belt stop, custom packaging and certificate of authenticity signed by each smith that touched your blade through every step of the forging process. Details: Overall Length: 36-1/2" Blade Length: 30-5/8" Blade Width: 1-7/8" Blade Thickness: Weight: 2 lbs / 6 oz Grip Length: Point of Balance: 6-1/2" Below Hilt Steel: 1065 High Carbon Edge: Sharpened
