Product information "Roman Baldric"

This Roman bandolier made of genuine leather is the ancient equivalent of a sword belt.

It is worn across the shoulder and runs from both sides in two different length straps. These four loops are mounted on four metal rings with which a Roman Gladius sword scabbard is traditionally featured.

In this way the legionnaires sword is carried vertically and rigid on the side. The loops of the brown Bandelier are closed with special screws, so-called book screws.

Use this fine quality, leather baldric to complete many of your period outfits.

Gute Verarbeitung. Die 4 Endschlaufen werden von Messingschrauben/-muttern zusammengehalten, etwas fitzellig, aber stabil, wohl nicht sehr historisch.

Schöne Verarbeitung. Das Bandelier ist eher was für Leute größer 1,80 m, sonst muss man neue Löcher stanzen.
