Norman and Saxon men of all stations in life wore tunics like this one. The long sleeves and roomy body are cut from one piece of fabric so there is only one seam in the entire tunic. At the neckline, a slit trimmed with fine gold brocade braid allows you to put the tunic on and take it off easily, and the hem and sleeve ends are trimmed in the same braid. The Norman Tunic is made of sturdy green cotton to help you survive the worst man has to offer.
