Our Casstrom Spoon Carving knife, also known as a spoon knife or hook knife, is great for making spoons, kuksas and bowls from wood in a traditional way. Made in carbon steel and hardened and tempered to about 58-60 HRC to keep a good edge.
Available in right-handed or left-handed versions. It is recommended to use the knife with the cutting edge towards oneself pulling in controlled smooth strokes. Comes with a leather sheath that covers the blade.
