Unlike the original version of the SOG Terminus, the Terminus XR is not a slipjoint pocket knife. The blade opens with a flipper or thumb pin and locks with the XR lock, which is easy and convenient to use with the handle on the side. The blade of this variant is made of powder metallurgical CPM-S-35VN. The handle scales consist of a lightweight laminate made of G10 and carbon fiber. With convertible deep carry clip (tip-up / l-r).
