Product information "Shinto Katana"

The popular Shinto Katana is the corner stone of our Hanwei line of Samurai weapons. The Shinto is mounted in black and the tsuka-ito is in Japanese cotton over ray skin. The black iron tsuba is formed by a finely rendered dragon, detailed in gold, with true back-and-front detail. The blade is hand-forged in T10 high-carbon steel and is edge-tempered using the traditional clay tempering method, resulting in a distinct hamon. Edge hardness is 60 HRC, back hardness 40 HRC. The grip is double-pegged to the tang for safety. A protective cloth bag and a black high gloss saya are included in delivery.

Sehr schön gearbeitet , hochwertige Katana zu einem fairen Preis

Dieses Schwert ist für den Preis ein guter Kauf. Ich bereue es nicht dieses Katana gekauft zu haben. Leider hatte das Katana bei mir 2 Rostflecken die ich aber sehr leicht entfernen konnte. Zu dem Schwert selbst: Es ist wirklich extrem leicht. Zumindest für mich da ich eigentlich immer mit einem WKC Katana umgehe was wesentlich schwerer ist. Die Verarbeitung ist gut es sitzt alles und es Schlackert nicht in der Saya. Besonders auffallend ist die Hamon, die ist so präsent sodass man denken könnte die ist aufgemalt. Was allerdings nicht der Fall ist. ^^° Die Montierungen sind auch sauber und mir gefallen sie sehr. Ich kann das Katana nur weiterempfehlen.
