Since starting Spyderco, the company has been told their knives are different, peculiar- even out there. All true. Thinking beyond established knife industry barriers allowed Spyderco to introduce new and radical innovations to the knife culture including: one-hand opening, serrations on a folder and a clip to attach a knife to a pocket. The Dark Green fiberglass reinforced nylon handles come molded with Bi-Directional Texturing® for preferred traction and improved ergonomics. Inside the handle dual skeletonized stainless steel liners make the knife stronger without adding weight and make an anchor for all external and internal components to attach through adding sturdiness and rigidity. Their ZDP-189 blades are flat saber-ground with a stronger tip and larger 13 mm opening hole. Phosphor bronze bushings smooth out the open/close action. The clip is upgraded to a four-way tip-up, tip-down, left- or right-handed clip.

The Spyderco Endura Dark Green features a closed Lock Back, a ZDP-189 stainless standard edge blade with thumb hole pull and a dark green FRN handle with black coated stainless pocket clip.
