This is a Katana with a beautiful hand forged blade. The 71 cm long blade is made of 1045 carbon steel with 55 HRC and covered with a blue color. The Katana is 106 cm long and is decorated with golden decorations. The blade is razor sharp.
A lacquered sheath made of hardwood is included.

Got this katana because of the blue blade and it doesn't disappoint. The beautiful shade of blue is what makes this katana so unique and rare (never seen a coloured live blade before). As for the katana as a whole it is very well made. Thought the gold on the sheath would make it look tacky but as it is 'scribbled' on, it looks good. Compared to my other katanas it is light weight, making it nice to handle (and easier to clean). All in all a very nice piece. 5*
