A Generation 2 favorite. Steel grip. Steel single edge blade, curved and broader towards the point. Used by the Celt-Iberians of Roman times. It was described as one of the most devastating swords the Romans ever went against. Our Falcata is the only one that comes both with a sharp edge and with a scabbard!

Ich habe diese Falcata jetzt seit ein par Wochen und konnte mir ein Bild von ihr machen. Die Falcata ist einwandfrei verarbeitet, keine Grate oder Stellen an denen die Klinge zu dünn geraten wäre. Sie ist wie man sich mit sicherheit schon vorstellen kann sehr Klingenlastig und mit ihrem stolzen Gewicht von 1546 Gramm ganz genau (ich hab sie auf die Briefwaage gelegt!) sicherlich nichts für zierliche Personen. Aber wenn man etwas mehr Körperkraft und Masse hat ist das eine Waffe mit der man wirklich glücklich wird, da sie nicht nur, obwohl sie fast stumpf war als sie ankam, hervorragende Ergebnisse gegen Tatamimatten erzielte sondern den Verwender auch etwas herausfordert. Fazit: Wer kräftiger ist und Schwerter mag die einen herausfordern, dabei aber super in der Hand liegen und klasse Schnittergebnisse erzielen wird bei dieser Falcata fündig.
