Product information "The Gjermundbu helmet, Size M"

This is the only helmet that may be unmistakeably attributed to Viking armor. It was found in a burial mound near Gjermundbu, Norway in 1943. Dated to around ca. 970 AD, it is now displayed in the Museum of tiol Antiquities (Oldsaksamlinga) in Oslo, Norway. Our replica is constructed of 2mm (14 guage) steel and has an adjustable, spider style, leather liner and chinstrap.

Meiner Meinung nach, ist Gjermundbu Helm ein der besten Hemlen der Viking Epoche. Diese stilisation ist ganz gut und fast ohne Fehler gemacht. Für solches geld ist es ein gutes Ding.
