Made after the Valsgarde farm where it was excavated during the early part of the 20th century, this helmet dates to about the 8th century during the Vendel Age. Our replica is decorated with historically correct brass fittings. It is constructed of 1.6mm (16 gauge) steel with leather inserts and chin straps.
