As the saying goes, "the pen is mightier than the sword." Indeed, Cold Steel makes some mighty strong swords, but this little pen makes for some clever competition. It's the biggest, baddest, permanent marker around!

Superficially, it shares many features common to most markers, but appearances can be deceptive. For starters, it's made from the glass-reinforced plastic, Grivory, the same tough material we use in our NIGHTSHADE SERIES, and features walls that are 4 times thicker than similar markers. This means it's built for impact and, in a self-defense emergency it can become an efficient Yawara stick for driving off an attacker. Plus, the screw-top cap will stay in place and won't pop off like a regular marker's cap would when you strike a percussion blow, or when obtaining joint locks or submission holds.

It's easy to carry too. Just clip it to a shirt or coat pocket, or carry in your purse, pack or brief case. Don't spend another day without one!

Ein sehr stabiles Material wurde hier von Cold Steel verwendet. Fast unzerstörbar. Jedoch nicht nachfüllbar.

Toller SV-Stift für den Preis um längen beser und sicherer in der Anwendung als ie teilweise meiner Meinung nach viel zu spitzen und teuren SV-Stifte anderer Anbiter! Liegt super in der Hand und ist sehr stabil. Die Tatsache, das er nicht nachfüllbar ist belastet mich nicht, schließlich hat er ja im Notfall einen anderen Zweck zu erfüllen.

Sehr stabiel , schreibt schön, leider nicht Nachfüllbar, vielleicht macht ja cold steel mal was daran.

Super Teil! Einzigster minus- Punkt ist, dass er nicht nachfüllbar ist. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen angesichts des niedrigen Preises.

Da kann ich mich den Vorschreibern nur anschliessen. Er liegt gut in der Hand und es lässt sich schön damit schreiben. Aber er lässt sich nicht nachfüllen.

The Cold Steel Pocket Shark is very sturdy, quite heavy and writes well. The top won't come off unless you screw it off. It can be used wall as a tekken/yawara.

Der Pocket Shark ist extrem stabil und macht einen sehr massiven Eindruck. Er bekommt nur 4 Sterne, weil man ihn nicht nachfüllen kann.

Ich habe heute meinen Pocket Shark erhalten und muss sagen ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Produkt! Der Wahnsinn! Der Shark ist extrem stabil und macht einen sehr massiven Eindruck wenn man ihn in der Hand hat. Man kann locker ein Brett mit ihm zerschlagen und als Ersatz zum Kubotan ist das mit Sicherheit die beste Lösung! Das einzige Manko was ich habe ist das man den Stift nicht ersetzen kann wenn er leer ist ;) aber ansonsten bekommt der Shark von mir 5 Sterne +!!!

Our new improved Japanese Training Swords are closely modeled after our world-famous Warrior series swords. Featuring an intricately detailed imitation cord wrap grip - molded in high impact polypropylene - they offer superior grip and comfort as well as more realistic training potential for the modern Martial Artist. Hundreds of years ago, the Japanese discovered a simple truth; that to become a good swordsman you'll have to practice, a great deal. To become a great swordsman you’ll have to practice with a "live blade". And during the period between "good" and "great", you should spend your time building your skills and confidence enough to wield a razor sharp Katana safely and effectively. To accomplish this, the Japanese relied on a simple wooden sword called a "bokken" for much of their training. It was made from the super tough wood of the Japanese White Oak, a wood they called Kashi. The swords produced from this wood had the advantage of replicating the size, weight and feel of a steel sword, while minimizing the possibility of causing grievous or permanent injury to those who used it. Authentic Kashi wood Bokkens are still used today, but are becoming quite costly. They also have the disadvantages, being made of wood, that they may rot, crack split or splinter. Cold Steel's solution to these dilemmas was to design a synthetic substitute, low in price and impervious to the elements.
