Now you can practice with some of our most popular knife designs, in relative safety, with our new rubber training knives. We have rubber training versions of our Peace KeeperTM I, the R1 Military Classic, Recon Tanto, and the Black Bear Classic. Each has been carefully fashioned to look as realistic as possible so they can be effectively used in solo practice, training drills, disarm drills, and demonstrations and any other activity where you want a reasonably close approximation of realism but not the extreme danger and risk associated with an actual knife. The Santoprene rubber blades are soft enough to prevent the likelihood of most bodily injury. They do however, have a level of firmness that might cause injury to the face or the eyes, so it is recommended that appropriate eye protection or a fencing mask is utilized at all times when using a Cold Steel® rubber training knife.

Eine sichere Möglichkeit Messerkampf zu trainieren, allerdings etwas zu leicht für meinen geschmack.

Habe mir das Messer zusammen mit dem OSS-AUS 8 bestellt, um die Handhabung zu üben. Bin sehr zufrieden denn bis auf das Gewicht ist alles gleich. Gutes Material. Beim Partnertraining sollte man aber bei den Stichtechniken aufpassen.

versand: das messer kam etwa 3 tage nach meiner überweisung hier bei mir an. Produkt: das 33,5 cm lange Hartgummimesser liegt sehr gut in der Hand, was durch die zweite, einseitige Parierstange noch verstärkt wird. Die Form des Griffes ist mit einer Verdickung in der Mitte, die perfekt in die Handkuhle passt, der Hand gut angepasst. Die Biegung am Ende des Griffes unterstützt schnelle Bewegungen aus dme Handgelenk Die Elastizität der Klinge hält sich stark in Grenzen, wesswegen es beim Training blaue Flecken geben wird, wenn man fest zusticht. Den Hinweis von Cold steel, beim Training eine Schutzbrille zu tregen, kann ich nur weitergeben. Durch die geringe Biegsamkeit ist das Messer jedoch auch sehr realistisch zu führen. Wenn ein Stich jedoch mit zu viel Kraft geführt wird, biegt es sich schon ausreichend, um Schlimmes zu verhindern. Das Einzige, dass mich persöhnlich ein wenig stört, ist das Gewicht mit nur etwa 120 g ist es doch deutlich leichter als ein echtes Messer dieser Größe. Gesamt: +Versand +Griff +Elastizität + Design +Preis -gewicht Gesamt gebe ich 5 von 5 Punkten, da man den Faktor des Gewichtes vernachlässigen kann und ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln gilt.

This is my favourite CS training knife. I like the length and the subhilt. The CS training knives are very sturdy but very safe to train with. They are softer and safer than wood and metal and more realistic then rubber training knives.

Endlich mal ein Trainingsmesser, dass sich nicht bei jeden stich biegt, so dass der andere nie spürt getroffen zu sein ^^ ersparrt einem viele Diskussionen ;)
