Am 17. Januar 2009 kam der am 29. Dezember 2008 per Vorkasse bestellte mittelalterliche Übungszweihänder an. Der Beschreibung hier im Shop ist nicht viel beizufügen, denn diese Trainingswaffe sieht wirklich stabil und gut verarbeitet aus und wird sich deshalb hervorragend eignen, meiner Frau die korrekten Hieb- und Abwehrtechniken beizubringen und mit ihr zusammen einzustudieren. Ich bin also sehr zufrieden mit der von ?swords and more? gelieferten Ware. Da jedoch ein solches Holzschwert, wie beschrieben, entlang der Maserung splittern kann, werde ich die Klinge und die Kreuzstange mit stabilem Klebeband umwickeln und so zusätzlich verstärken (siehe www.hammaborg.de/de/ausruestung/start.php).
