Similar to the Archer's Sallet, this one featuers a visor. So made because the lower edge of the visor runs along the lower edge of the wearer's jaw. This sallet is a Mid 15th Century style and is made of 2mm (14 guage) steel with Leather inserts and Straps with a reinforcing browplate.
