EirikR Sword - steel gray - 83cm

Begin your saga with a sword that brings history to life.

The EirikR Sword by Epic Armoury was developed in collaboration with artisans and archaeologists from Lejre Land of Legends. Its design is based on the historic Østed Sword, discovered in 1887 near the Danish town of Østed in the Lejre region. This distinctive Viking LARP sword combines historical inspiration with detailed craftsmanship and an authentic appearance.

The blade evokes the characteristic look of a historical pattern-welded weapon. Particularly striking are the herringbone ornaments with silver- and copper-colored accents on the crossguard and pommel. These elaborate details reflect the kind of prestigious decoration that may have belonged to a king or a highly esteemed housecarl.

As part of Epic Armoury’s Stronghold Master Collection, the EirikR Sword is designed for LARP enthusiasts who value historical detail and quality craftsmanship. Whether displayed in a Viking mead hall, carried aboard a longship or used as part of a LARP character’s equipment, this sword makes an impressive addition to any Viking outfit. It is available in Gold and Steel color variants.
