Battleworn Falcata – Ancient Curved Sword with a Weathered Finish

The Epic Armoury Battleworn Falcata is a distinctive foam sword inspired by the historical weapons of ancient Iberian mercenaries. Its characteristic forward-curving blade combines the appearance of an axe head with the profile of a thrusting sword. Handmade and hand-painted, the surface recreates the look of steel, wood and gold embellishments. Scratches, worn paint and other distressed details give the weapon an authentic battleworn appearance.

The 66 cm single-edged blade defines the unusual profile of this historical-inspired weapon. The realistically sculpted grip features a hooked end designed to wrap around the hand. Together with the gold-colored details and aged finish, the striking blade shape makes this sword a fitting accessory for barbarian warriors, mercenaries and other rugged fantasy characters.

The blade is made from durable closed-cell foam surrounding a solid fiberglass core with a diameter of 8 mm. A strong latex coating provides the finishing layer.
