Retract Linerlock Black G10

The Retract was designed by renowned custom knifemaker and bladesmith Ed Schempp and delivers a unique combination of innovative design and excellent cutting performance. Its dramatically curved blade resembles the shape of a traditional kukri, and the negative blade angle significantly increases cutting leverage—especially during draw cuts.

The blade is made from 9Cr18MoV stainless steel and features a full flat grind for balanced cutting performance, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. A satin finish provides a clean, refined appearance.

The handle is built with peel-ply-textured G10 scales, skeletonized stainless steel liners, and a partial G10 backspacer. These robust liners form the foundation of the knife’s reliable liner lock mechanism, which is machined nearly flush to prevent accidental release. A lined lanyard hole and reversible deep-pocket wire clip allow for convenient and discreet everyday carry.
