Squall Leonhart is the main character of Final Fantasy VIII. He’s part of the SeeD of the Balamb Garden and has the student number 41269. Like many students of the Garden Squall grew up as an orphan who didn’t meet his parents during the war. Later he arrived at the Garden and grew up there. Squall is a quiet and introvert person. He doesn’t want to have contact with others and deal with their problems. Because he has no interest in other students of his age and behaves harsh and unapproachable, many think he is cold-hearted.
