In order to perform cut tests, it requires a very high quality, sharp and cut containing blade. The blade of the Akito is made of clay hardened 1045 carbon steel with real hamon (temper line). The overall design is very robust, in order to avoid injury. Thus the blade is continuous almost to the end of the handle and is secured by two Mekugis. A beautifully lacquered wooden sheath with eye (Kurigata and Shito-Dome) is within the scope of supply.Inclusive stand and kit.

This sword is handforged and folded and has a sharp blade.
Shirasaya refers to a special sword mount, which was formerly used for the gentle keeping of the blade. Especially in times of peace
the blades were ideal protected stored in it. The unvarnished Magnolia wood absorbs the moisture inside the sheath, leads it to the outside
and thus protects against rust. Many Shirasaya were provided with a "Sayagaki", an inscription, which gave information on smith, origin and classification.
On the streets of Japan, the inconspicuous gear without handle and guard, especially in the late 19th Century was used because at that time the Emperor
banned the carrying of Samurai swords. The Shirasaya mount, which was similar to a wooden sword or wooden stick was a clever way to wear the sword unnoticed.
Blade in Shinogi Zukuri style with fuller (Bo-Hi), hand-forged from 1045 carbon steel.
The blade is sharp grounded with incorporated Hamon-line for a very authentic look.
Wooden scabbard.
With long tang, which is fixed with two bamboo pins (Mekugi) in the handle. The sword is thus fully demountable.
Without plastic, only high-quality and authentic materials are used.
Blade clamp (Habaki) and washers (Seppa) are made of brass.
The traditional handle wrapping is lined with genuine ray skin. All decorations (Tsuba, Fuchi, Menuki, Kashira) are handmade from metal.

When you hold a Shikoto Hammer-Forged Longquan Master sword in your hand, you are holding the same weapon a warrior used more than 2,500 years ago. Using methods used by Bronze Age swordsmiths, the 19 3/4” 1060 high carbon steel blade has been hammer-forged and clay tempered to produce a visible hamon line. Differential hardening gives this magnificent sword a harder cutting edge and a softer spine, which is the hallmark of a high-quality weapon. The tsuba and handle fittings are of solid brass with an aged bronze finish and the wooden handle has teal traditional cord wrapping over genuine, tea-dyed rayskin. A black lacquered and polished wooden scabbard with cord-wrapping houses the blade. Also included with the Shikoto Longquan Master Teal Wakizashi Sword is a certificate of authenticity with forging specifications, signed by the master swordsmith who crafted the blade.

The Demon-Killing Knife, or Ruby's Knife, is an ancient knife that was created by the Kurds which possesses the power to permanently kill demons, hellhounds, and other demonic entities, but not the Whore of Babylon as Castiel said that only cypress wood can kill her. Though it somehow came into the possession of Ruby, it eventually passes onto Sam and Dean Winchester, who use it as their most common means of killing demons.
