Nessmuk Heritage Axe

The Nessmuk Heritage Axe is inspired by George Washington Sears, better known as Nessmuk, a pioneer of modern camping and innovative outdoor gear. Designed by Joe Flowers, this compact outdoor axe combines traditional craftsmanship with modern functionality, making it an excellent companion for camping, bushcraft, and outdoor adventures.

The axe head is crafted from 1060 high carbon steel, offering excellent durability, edge retention, and dependable chopping performance. Its convex grind provides efficient cutting power and increased durability for wood processing tasks.

The burnt American hickory handle delivers a classic appearance and a comfortable grip. Compact yet powerful, the axe is easy to carry while remaining highly capable in the field. A handcrafted full-grain welted leather sheath completes the traditional outdoor aesthetic and provides secure protection.
