Button Lock OD G10 Black Blade

Designed by Eric Glesser, the Spyderco ButtonUp is Spyderco's first manual-opening folding knife to feature a button lock mechanism. Combining a robust, convenient button-operated lock with ball-bearing pivot washers, it delivers an exceptionally smooth and easy-to-operate opening action.

The modified clip-point blade is crafted from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel and features a full-flat grind for balanced blade geometry. Its black finish gives the knife a distinctive, modern appearance. This version features a PlainEdge blade without serrations.

The open-backed handle features durable OD Green G10 scales reinforced by nested stainless steel micro-liners around the pivot and locking mechanism. A reversible Spyderco hourglass pocket clip allows tip-up carry on either the left or right side. Additional micro-liners at the butt of the handle support the clip, while a lined lanyard tube provides a convenient attachment point for lanyards and fobs.
