Awesome Customer Service

The mug looks exactly the same as the photo. Sturdy and full of character (I will be buying another at some point this year! Lol). Despite the multiple delays from when I purchased this beautiful mug on November 28th, 2024 (no fault of the seller) to when I received it on January 14th, 2025, I'm very happy as the level of service I received from the team was excellent. They were clear, concise and polite even when customs made an error with my shipping address which caused me to panic abit lol. It which caused the package to take an additional 2 weeks to get to me in the UK but due to how well the situation was being handled by Swords & More, I felt reassured.
