This is a miniature reproduction of the Vampire Hunter Blade.

Blade was born half-vampire, when his mother was fatally bitten by the powerful vampire Deacon Frost. This has given him superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes and extraordinary senses. However, these abilities come with one major weakness, his thirst for blood.

Blade also has a healing factor, but this does not retard his aging. Unlike the rest of the vampire community, he can walk in sunlight, though it causes some discomfort and he must wear sunglasses. Because of this rare ability, he has become know as the Daywalker. He is a master of martial arts and is aided in his quest by his long-time friend, Whistler. This companion-in-arms has created for Blade an arsenal of weaponry ranging from his acid-etched titanium sword and glaive, to a MAC-10 automatic pistol. Blade can speak Czech, Russian and of course, the Vampire language.

Blade remains committed to his mission, to rid the world of all vampires.

Das Schwert des Daywalker (Wesley Snipes) aus dem Film Blade!!! Das Miniaturschwert besteht aus Stahl und ist ca. 26 cm lang.

Als Blade geboren wurde war er zur Hälfte ein Vampir. Seine Mutter starb nachdem sie von dem mächtigen Vampir Deacon Frost gebissen worden war. Dies gab ihm die übermenschliche Kraft, Schnelligkeit, Ausdauer, Wendigkeit, die ungewöhnlich guten Reflexe und die außerordentlichen Sinne. Eine große Schwäche hat er allerdings: seinen Blutdurst.

Blades Wunden verheilen wie bei allen Vampiren schnell, dies verlangsamt allerdings nicht seinen Alterungsprozess. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Vampiren schadet Blade das Sonnenlicht nicht. Es ist ihm zwar etwas unangenehm und er muss eine Sonnenbrille tragen, aber er kann bei Tag umhergehen. Wegen dieser seltenen Fähigkeit wurde er als "Daywalker" bekannt. Er ist ein Meister der Kampfkünste und wird in seiner Mission von seinem alten Freund Whistler unterstützt. Whistler hat für Blade ein ganzes Arsenal an Waffen entwickelt, das unter anderem Blades Titanschwert und die Glefe, beides mit Säure geätzt, oder auch eine MAC-10 Maschinenpistole enthält. Blade spricht tschechisch, russisch und natürlich auch die Sprache der Vampire.

Blade bleibt seiner Mission, die Welt von allen Vampiren zu befreien, stets treu.

Connor MacLeod is a fictional character from the Highlander multiverse.The sword of Connor Mac Leod is a katana. Connor took the katana of Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, which he had presumably kept since his friend and mentor's death in 1547 (at the hands of the Kurgan). The sword was totally unique: A steel katana with a carved dragons head ivory handle and an ornate gold hilt. Even the solid red sheath was adorned with gold. Brenda Wyatt remarked the complexity of the blade's forging was centuries ahead of its time.It was made by the legendary sword smith, Masamune, as a wedding gift to Ramirez when he married his daughter Shikiko. Ramirez cherished the sword (just as he'd cherished his wife), remarking that the weapon was "one of a kind, like his daughter [Shikiko]." During The Gathering in 1985, Connor used the sword in battle, successfully defeating the Kurgan (in their final battle) and claiming the prize.
