Ranger Sword - Vanguard - 95cm

Epic Armoury's Ranger Sword from the Vanguard line takes its design cues from the knightly arming swords of late-medieval Europe. It combines the classic appearance of a medieval one-handed sword with functional details and the proven LARP construction of the Vanguard line.

The distinctive curved crossguard gives the sword a characteristic appearance while helping to catch and control an opponent's weapon and potentially create opportunities for disarming.

The highly detailed polyurethane hilt is sculpted to resemble a leather wrap around the grip. Subtle gold-colored detailing provides additional visual accents and gives the sword a refined appearance. The textured construction also ensures a secure and comfortable grip.

The blade is made from closed-cell polyurethane foam and carefully shaped and colored to achieve a highly realistic appearance. This allows the Ranger Sword to combine convincing historical styling with the LARP-friendly construction of the Vanguard line.

Like all weapons in the Vanguard line, the Ranger Sword requires virtually no maintenance beyond regular inspections for signs of wear such as cuts or breaks.

The Ranger Sword is available in 95 cm and 111 cm lengths.
