Hirdsman Sword - 101cm

Epic Armoury’s Hirdsman Sword is part of the Vanguard line and is inspired by the swords of the Hirdsmen, the armed companies that served the kings of Scandinavia during the Viking Age. Its compact grip and carved detailing give the sword an authentic Nordic character.

The highly detailed polyurethane hilt is sculpted to resemble wood reinforced with metal. This construction combines a realistic appearance with a comfortable, secure grip, making the Hirdsman Sword a dependable weapon for LARP combat.

The blade is made from closed-cell polyurethane foam and carefully colored to achieve a highly lifelike appearance. Like other weapons in the Vanguard line, the sword requires virtually no maintenance beyond regular inspection for signs of wear and tear, such as cuts or breaks.

The Hirdsman Sword combines Viking Age-inspired design with the practical durability of modern LARP equipment, making it a natural choice for Vikings, warriors, and members of a royal warband.
