Duelist Sword, Light Wood & Gold - 98cm

Epic Armoury's Duelist Sword from the Vanguard line takes its design inspiration from the longswords of late-medieval Europe as well as swords of the early Renaissance. Compared to traditional longsword designs, it features a smaller crossguard and a slightly slimmer blade, giving it a particularly elegant silhouette.

The highly detailed polyurethane hilt combines functionality with an authentic historical appearance. The grooved grip is complemented by a decorative, petal-ornamented version of the rain guard or chappe, protecting the section of the blade directly adjacent to the grip.

The leaf-shaped pommel continues the floral design language of the hilt, while gold-colored detailing extends across the entire grip and adds a refined, eye-catching appearance.

The blade is made from closed-cell polyurethane foam and carefully shaped and colored to achieve a highly realistic appearance. This makes the Duelist Sword an excellent choice for demanding LARP characters as well as historical and fantasy settings.

Like all LARP weapons in the Vanguard line, the Duelist Sword requires very little maintenance. Other than regularly checking the weapon for signs of wear such as cuts or breaks, virtually no additional maintenance is required.

The Duelist Sword is available in Epic Black and Light Wood & Gold, with three different length options: 60 cm, 85 cm, and 98 cm.
