Caprine Sword - 115cm

Epic Armoury’s Caprine Sword is an impressive hybrid LARP sword inspired by fantasy and designed for the rugged mountainous rangers we all love. Combining the proportions of a longsword with distinctive fantasy detailing, it offers a striking appearance that stands out on the battlefield.

The 100 cm version features a 66 cm latex-coated blade with a deep fuller and a distinctive scalloped ricasso. The blade is handmade and hand-painted to resemble real steel, while the hilt features a striking brass ram-inspired design. The pommel is sculpted in the shape of a cloven hoof, giving the sword its unmistakable character.

The blade is constructed from soft EVA foam around a 10 mm solid fiberglass core, selected for its durability and safety. The latex coating provides a smooth appearance while helping to minimize shredding during use.

The 34 cm handle is made from polyurethane, allowing for a high level of intricate detailing. The 14 cm grip is wrapped in durable full-grain leather, providing an authentic appearance and comfortable handling.
