Gim Sword - 100cm

The Gim Sword from Epic Armoury’s Vanguard line is an elegant LARP sword inspired by the Chinese Jian and other Asian weapons. Its slender blade and intricately decorated hilt combine traditional East Asian aesthetics with a modern construction designed for LARP adventures.

The compact crossguard is smaller than those found on many comparable European swords, allowing greater freedom of movement when wielding the blade. The highly detailed polyurethane hilt features a sculpted scale pattern reminiscent of a dragon or snake. Gold-colored accents add a refined decorative touch. The grip is designed to provide a secure hold and accommodates both one-handed and two-handed use.

The blade is made from closed-cell polyurethane foam and colored to create a realistic appearance. One of the key advantages of the Vanguard line is its low-maintenance construction: beyond regular inspections for cuts, cracks or other signs of wear, little maintenance is required.
