The TOPS Knives Lil Chete, designed by Leo Espinoza, captures the powerful spirit of the legendary El Chete in a more compact and mobile format. Despite its reduced size, this rugged outdoor knife delivers the authority and cutting power of a full-size chopper.
Its blade is crafted from thick 1095 carbon steel, providing excellent durability, edge retention, and easy field maintenance. The high grind and wide blade geometry allow the knife to bite deeply into wood and vegetation, making it ideal for clearing brush, splitting small logs, or preparing firewood.
The long green canvas Micarta handle offers multiple grip positions for comfort and leverage during demanding tasks. A durable black Kydex sheath with a leather dangler keeps the knife secure while allowing convenient belt carry.
