The Kershaw 7" Fillet knife is made of Japanese 420J2 stainless steel. The highly corrosion resistant and pliable blade is ideal when slicing through the body of a fish. The handle features black co-polymer injection-molding with orange accents which makes it durable and is contoured for comfort and grip. The design of the handle has a central contour and hand protectors. Comes with hard ABS sheath (black).
