Dragonfly 2 Orange

The Spyderco Dragonfly 2 is an enhanced version of the classic Dragonfly, retaining its proven compact format while adding numerous functional refinements. As part of C.Q.I. – Constant Quality Improvement, established knife models are continuously evaluated and refined.

The Dragonfly 2 retains the proven mid-sized blade and ergonomic handle of the original. A forward finger choil and pronounced spine cusp provide controlled handling. The established blade-to-handle geometry allows this compact knife to feel considerably larger in the hand than its dimensions would suggest.

VG-10 Blade with Flat Grind

The blade is made from premium VG-10 stainless steel and features a high-performance flat grind on this version. This provides a versatile cutting geometry while maintaining the knife's compact design.

The enlarged Spyderco Round Opening Hole provides smooth and controlled blade opening. Its positioning in relation to the pivot contributes to the knife's easy and fluid operation.

Orange FRN Handle

The handle is made from FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon) and features a bright orange finish. Its ergonomic shape uses a series of grip angles and leverage points to provide a secure grip despite the knife's compact dimensions.

Patented Bi-Directional Texturing provides additional traction. Jimping on the finger choil and spine further improves control.

Another refinement is the left/right tip-up wire clip, allowing the Dragonfly 2 to be configured for both right- and left-handed carry.
