The seax knife, carried by the Saxons and Vikings between the 4th and 10th centuries, was utilized as both a tool and a weapon. Carried horizontally at the back of the belt, the Scramasax provided the spearman with a close-quarters weapon when needed, and its broad blade could handle many day-to-day chores.

Spitzen Teil! Zweischneidige Klinge, sehr scharf. Holzgriff ist fest mit der Klinge montiert. Sehr robustes Teil. Erstklassig ist auch die Lederscheide. Richtiges festes Leder. Das hält eine Menge aus. Das Sax sitzt auch fest in der Scheide. Wenn man es einmal in der Hand hält, merkt man erst wie groß das Sax ist. Bei diesem Preis sollte man sofort zugreifen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

So habe ich nun meine Messer erhalten und kann sagen sie sind einfach gut !! Wer etwas in dieser Richtung sucht schlicht und doch gut und authentisch hervorragend den kann ich nur ermutigen hier zugreifen !! Sie sind gut !!
