This superb knife is the Silver Shadow. The renowned knife designer Gil Hibben custom crafted this knife especially for United Cutlery in 1990 as the first in his annual Fantasy Series offerings.

The knife features a mirror polished 420 stainless steel blade. The handle has been wrapped with silver wire and provides a sure grip. Gil Hibben´s personal stamp has been etched on the blade. A custom, genuine leather sheath is included in delivery.

Dieses Messer habe ich mir 1992 in Florida gekauft. Damals irgendwas um die 70 USD. Es sieht aus, wie am ersten Tag, wunderschön. Obwohl der Griff schon viel mit Handschweiß in Berührung kam, gibt es keinerlei Veränderungen. Das Messer ist wirklich gut ausbalanciert, ausreichend scharf (jedenfalls mein 1992er), und die Scheide mit Clip ist total robust und hochwertig. Schön, dass es das Teil wieder gibt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, und hätte ich es nicht schon ewig, würde ich es mir wieder kaufen!

Wirklich schön in Design und Verarbeitung. Gil Hibbens moderne Interpretation des V42 Dolchs, den die sogenannte Teufelsbrigade im 2. Weltkrieg benutzte.
