Product information "AR-Series – PD-5 Professional"

This variant is optimized for use as a defense weapon or for security personnel. The main differences are the sight, limb, and included arrows.
Sight
The PD-5 Professional is equipped with a tritium night sight from Meprolight™, which provides a good sight picture even in complete darkness.*
Limb
The PD-5 Professional comes with our new “Protector” limb. This bow delivers energy just over 30 joules and an arrow speed of 235 FPS with our hunting arrows. All other optionally available AR-Series limbs can also be used.**
Arrows

The PD-5 Professional comes with 5 hunting arrows. We recommend training with the same arrows used in actual deployment, as the handling and point of impact of different arrow types vary.

AR-6 Stinger II – Tuning Limb “PRO” (90 lbs.)

Our new AR-6 Stinger II “PRO” fibreglass / carbon fibre limb delivers significantly more kinetic energy than the standard AR-6 Stinger II limb.Note: The draw weight, in this case 90 lbs, is not a reliable indicator of the performance of a crossbow! Many factors, such as the power stroke, the efficiency of the bow, the rebound characteristics of the bow, the weight of the arrow, the weight of the string and much more have an impact on the energy that the arrow receives when it is launched.Depending on how heavy the arrow is and how many times the string has been twisted (this shortens the string), this bow on the AR-6 Stinger II delivers between 18 and 21 joules (13.3 – 15.5 ft-lbs) of kinetic energy.Important: The new limbs of the AR-6 Stinger II do not fit the previous versions of the AR-6 Stinger.Included in the delivery: 1 Fibreglass/Carbon fibre limb labelled “AR-6 Stinger II PRO” 1 AR-6 Stinger II string 2 limb end caps The limb is compatible with all replacement strings for the AR-6 Stinger I + II.
