Falchion - Curved - 105cm

Epic Armoury’s Falchion is a curved LARP sword inspired by the slim, curved blades used during the Middle Ages. Although falchions are often portrayed as Middle Eastern weapons, historical evidence suggests that they were considerably less common there than modern depictions might imply.

Unlike many of the more crudely made single-edged weapons of the period, falchions were often the work of skilled craftsmen. Epic Armoury captures this distinctive character while combining it with a modern construction suitable for LARP.

The polyurethane handle is sculpted to resemble a leather-wrapped hilt and is complemented by a bronze-colored crossguard and gold-colored bands around the grip. This combination provides an appealing appearance while ensuring a secure and comfortable hold.

The blade is constructed from durable foam and finished with a latex coating, providing the characteristic appearance of the falchion while making it suitable for safe use in LARP.
