Serbian Kuvar Cleaver

Goran Mihajlovic is a Serbian-born adventurer and knife maker who has lived in the wild Amazon jungle for over two decades. He regularly uses a Serbian cleaver he made himself to prepare his meals. Bundled with his experience of daily life in the rainforest, he worked with Condor to develop the Serbian Kuvar Cleaver with a black-coated 1075 carbon steel blade and non-slip Micarta handle. The 2.5 mm thin cleaver-like blade is ideal for preparing vegetables and meat. Supplied with high quality leather sheath.
