The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV, which is a high-quality stainless steel similar in properties to AUS-8. This steel exhibits extreme toughness and excellent edge retaining capabilities. The handles are made from rubber coated aluminum and stainless steel liners. Even with its small profile, the M&P Bodyguard is a great value tactical folding knife from Smith & Wesson.
