The blade is made of 33 layers of stainless damask steel. The core layer is made of VG10 steel and has an HRC of 60-61. On both sides it is protected by a layer of nickel and silver. Additionally, 15 layers of damask steel are used. This blade structure allows for the best edge retention while also providing maximum flexibility. The black handle is made of Pakka and lies ergonomically in your hand thanks to the chestnut shape. Together with the perfect mirror finish it complements this master piece.
The surface texture is mechanically pressed in as a tribute to traditional forging techniques.
