Quite thin, but still a easy wield and really light. I'm quite the opposite of an expert when it comes to Tai Chi swords (or their training variants), but, it still feels good to swing around in sparring combat. The only issues are, it's quite frail, with it's polypropylene blade been somewhat flexible. But, further on, if you would prefer some speed to raw, but slower power, or if you're in to Tai Chi, I'd recommend you'd at least try this one out yourself.
