The Combat Karambit folder features the by Ernest Emerson patented "wave shaped opening feature" or remote pocket opener. In an emergency or injury situation the knife can be opened with one hand as it is drawn from the pocket.

It further features an ergonomic handle design that fits forward and reverse grip perfectly and a total ambidextrous opening.

This knife´s blade is available with a plain edge only and has been made of 154 CM steel. It further features a chisel grind and a black finish. The handle material is extremely durable G-10 epoxy/glass laminate. The lock is made of aerospace grade Titanium.
