Hans Talhoffer was one of the most important fencing champions of the late Middle Ages. He did not only himself fight in the lists but also prepared others for fighting in a judicial duel.
Nearly all sword relevant information from Talhoffers manuscripts is being illustrated on this DVD. Covered is the use of a longsword during unamoured as well as during armoured fencing, using half-sword techniques. Many joint locks, throws and disarming techniques are being described as well.
This DVD is being completed with a glossary and at that time popular basic exercises like cuts and corresponding displacements.
